the community electricity network retailer is responsible for meter reading and meter consumption data delivery billing purposes.
Your meter wirelessly delivers data to us and it is constantly monitored for faults.
We will contact you if we need to gain access to your meter. Meter reads are taken each day and you will find details of your usage on the ASENO website Customer Portal and on your ASENO bill.

Please be Aware:
If ASENO is not your electricity retailer, you will need to make contact with your own electricity retailer for any information or any assistance with your meter and your electricity usage bills that you might need.
If your inverter setting exceeds 258 volts you should immediately contact your Inverter supplier and seek their assistance and advice.
