Identifying Streetlight Faults: Each streetlight pole has a unique identification number, such as SPL123456. This number provides us with the exact location of the fault and enables us to address it promptly.
You can report a streetlight fault in two convenient ways!

Call Sustainable Asset Company on 1300 787 822 to report the fault directly to our customer service representatives. Please provide the streetlight’s identification number and a brief description of the issue.
Upon receiving a fault report, our team will promptly assess the issue and schedule a repair. We strive to resolve all streetlight faults within five business days.
